A video showing a dog being kicked and abused has been emailed to the BC SPCA.
The video was shot in an elevator of the Private Residences at Hotel Georgia in Vancouver. It shows a man kicking a dog multiple times.
The man was even pulling and tagging the leash hard while inside the elevator.
