In the province of Saskatchewa in Canada, a dog lost his back legs after being found frozen in a patch of ground.
The poor puppy, Hector, was found frozen to the ground. His condition was so bad that his hind legs and tail had to be amputated. Lisa Korol and her family adopted him.
